Happy Monday! Hope you had a wonderful weekend! My weekend in the country was lovely, and seeing my girlfriends was just awesome. Sad that it was over so quickly, but so glad it happened.

Happy Friday! I cannot believe this day is here! The bf comes home today, and words honestly cannot describe how happy I am. I spent all last night cooking and baking up a storm so we can just relax and enjoy tonight.
I hope that your weekend is completely and utterly full of love this weekend too – love from a husband or bf, love from family or friends, a puppy, or falling in love with a new purse or jeans.

Yes that right – Zara is going to start offering online shopping! I can see your smiles from here. Starting September 7, us Americans will be able to shop online. Now, you can race to order what Kate Middleton is wearing online, rather than running to the store on your lunch break…

Happy Friday! This week has been a doozy for me. I’m looking forward to relaxing a bit, having my first official guest over, and then one of my bff’s comes down to visit! Besides the insane heat, it looks like its going to be a great weekend. Hope its great for you too!

Friends with Benefits
Friends with Benefits comes out today, but I was lucky enough to go to an advance screening at the Tribeca Grand this past week. I have to say, it is SO good. It is modern, and funny and witty and adorable. It moves very quickly, and I was never bored. So if you need a movie to beat the heat, this is gatsby & glitter approved! I also think it would be awesome to sneak in some champagne for the movie, but shh, I didn’t tell you that.
Postcards are sweet
I got a sweet postcard from the bf this week, and it was just the sweetest thing ever. I got thinking about much fun they are. They’re old school and so cute. I also used postcards to send my “change of address” notifications a few weeks ago. I’m totally going to try and bring them back!

I had always dreamed of doing a photo shoot-that wasn’t for a specific occassion-and this was just so much fun! Definitely a check off my bucket list!
